The Westville Public Library can also request items for patrons using JerseyCat. JerseyCat is funded by the New Jersey State Library, library and services and technology act and the regional library cooperative, providing New Jersey residents and library staff with an interlibrary loan system.

Many Westville patrons are enjoying the service for titles not available from the local libraries. Likewise, Westville Public Library has been able to fill requests made by other libraries throughout the state.
